Who is responsible for your information
Paradigm Audio is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For questions, requests or concerns, email hello@paradigmaudio.co.uk.
Information collected
When you make an enquiry, the site collects the information you choose to provide. This normally includes your name, email address, the service you need and a project summary. You may also provide an artist or band name, song count, target deadline and links to reference material.
If a project goes ahead, Paradigm Audio may also keep relevant correspondence, project notes, delivery details, invoices and payment records.
Why the information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps towards a possible contract.
- To quote for, schedule, manage and deliver an agreed project.
- To maintain business, accounting and security records where there is a legal obligation or legitimate business need.
- To understand and improve website use through limited cookieless Google Analytics measurements and, when you consent, analytics cookies and more detailed interaction measurements.
- When you consent to advertising measurement, to understand whether Meta advertisements lead to website visits and successful enquiries.
Services that process information
The enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms, which acts as a service provider for Paradigm Audio. Its published policy states that form submission data may be retained for up to three years unless it is deleted sooner or a shorter plan limit applies.
Website consent choices are managed by Paradigm Audio's first-party consent control. The choice is stored in your browser and is not sent to a consent-management provider. Google Analytics loads with storage denied so that it can send limited cookieless measurements. Google Tag Manager and the site's more detailed interaction tracking load only after you allow analytics or advertising measurement.
If you allow advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may receive information about your browser or device, the page visited and successful enquiry events. Meta uses this information to measure advertising performance and may associate it with other information it holds in accordance with its own privacy policy. The enquiry form's name, email address and message are not sent to Meta by the Pixel configuration used on this site.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the provider is expected to use an approved transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only while it is useful for responding to you and following up the proposed work. If a project goes ahead, relevant correspondence and transaction records are kept for the project and for any period required by tax, accounting, insurance or legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to its use, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Email hello@paradigmaudio.co.uk to make a request.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
